Welcome to our Pediatric Primary Care practice!  We are a Nurse Practitioner owned independent practice and currently accept children ages newborn-22 years of age. We accept most insurances. 
We are a certified Patient Centered Medical Home by the NCQA and follow the most up to date standards and recommendations of patient care.
Our Nurse Practitioners 
Michelle Gorski FNP-BC

Michelle is a graduate of SUNYIT with a Masters degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and is board certified. She has experience working as a nurse practitioner in pediatrics, urgent care, primary care, and emergency room. She is child abuse medical provider educated at SUNY Upstate's CHAMP program and worked with the Herkimer County CAC for 10 years. She has 11 years experience as an NP and over 12 years as a critical care nurse. She hold certifications in Basic Life Saving, Advance Cardiac Life Saving, and Pediatric Advanced Life Saving. She is a life long resident of the Mohawk Valley and resides in Ilion with her family. 

Charlene Macri FNP-BC

Charlene is a graduate of the Community General Program in Syracuse and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 30 years experience in pediatrics including inpatient, nursery, and urgent care. She is also the current provider for the Herkimer County Jail. She has over 20 years experience as an NP and over 30 years a registered nurse. She holds certifications in Basic Life Saving, Advanced Cardiac Life Saving, and Pediatric Advanced Life Saving. She is a lifelong resident of the Mohawk Valley and resides in Herkimer with her husband.

We are a small private pediatric practice that provides quality patient care with an "old school" approach. We do not share call with outside providers.. We pride ourselves in our personal approach and caring manner. One of the nurse practitioners is on call 24/7.

We accept most insurances including NYS Medicaid. 

​

We have collaborative relationships with many local physician specialists who we refer to when needed. 


Community Involvement:

We offer a yearly free children's health fair for the community.

We give back with hats, mittens, pajamas, and children's books at Christmas time.

We collaborate with Project Linus to offer our newborns new baby blankets.

We are part of the Leatherstocking DSRIP.

We have a facilitated enroller at our office biweekly to help enroll uninsured children to a NYS insurance options.
